Function

A highly valued and responsible role within the Brussels team of Wilmerhale

By providing a smooth and reliable support you play a key role in ensuring the future success of Wilmerhale

  • You assist Lawyers in their EU Competition and Regulatory work
  • You take ownership for your responsibilities and manage your time effectively in order to meet your deadlines
  • You use both your written and spoken languages to draft correspondence as well as to interact with international stakeholders
  • Over and above managing your team’s agendas by organising all their meetings and seminars, you are responsible from A to Z for their international travel
  • Drafting time entries on a daily basis to ensure timely billing
  • Your filing system needs to be very efficient
  • When your 2 colleagues from Reception are on holiday, you will provide back-up

Profile

  • Both candidates with no experience and experienced candidates will be considered
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • You are a solution oriented thinker who always works off your own initiative
  • You are able to prioritise effectively and hence remain calm both when multitasking and under stress
  • It is vital to be both a good listener, diplomatic and service minded
  • Being a highly motivated team player with a real desire to be involved means you will fit in immediately
