Function
- Handle Technical Claims: Efficiently manage and resolve claims via email and phone.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Use your expertise to diagnose and address technical problems.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear, friendly contact with customers throughout the support process.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Manager and stay updated on production methods.
- Support as Needed: Assist with Technical Customer Care visits and contribute as a reliable team player.
Profile
- Technical Savvy: You have experience reading technical drawings and understanding electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-On Experience: Your background as a service technician has honed your troubleshooting skills.
- Problem Solver: You excel at finding creative solutions to technical issues.
- Customer Champion: You communicate clearly and effectively with a friendly attitude.
- Adaptable: You thrive in dynamic environments and are open to learning new tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and thoroughness are second nature to you.
- Team Player: You collaborate well and support your colleagues.
- Fluent in English: You work well across diverse markets and cultures.
