Join our client as a Freelance Talent Acquisition and contribute to the success of our clients in Liège! The duration of the mission is expected to be full-time and at least for 6 month.

Our customer is an international manufacturer.

Function

As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Negotiating job offers
• Tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with managers and HR teams

Profile

You have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition in the industrial sector
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills
• Proficiency in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English and French are mandatory.
