As an Customer Care Representative, you are the point of contact for B2B clients (distributors and retailers such as Gamma, Hubo, Brico). You also assist end customers with their inquiries, although deliveries are strictly via partners. You manage orders, track deliveries, and inform customers about new products and promotions. You provide technical advice and have a keen eye for commercial opportunities.


Who are we looking for:

  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You can understand and learn technical matters.
  • Preferably, you have experience in a technical commercial role in a B2B environment.
  • You are customer-oriented, result-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are reliable and fit well within a team that is always ready to help each other.
